Can every U member get an account for xfire as its easier, you can talk and play at the same time, you can see where your friends are playing at and get the IP of the server and theres more things you can do.

I'd say today was a rushed day, with our new ventrilo server etc, last minute team for war, then 06 leaves somewhere. Now you know we are in vent, shouldn't be a problem.
