Along the same lines of the WCT, a monthly Duellists Championship will take place to promote individual talent within the SAMP community.
Furthermore, a yearly based Duellists Championship (November2008-November2009) will show who the best fighter of each year is (within this competition, of course) where each victory in a monthly event awards points as follows (ring a bell?) (

-1st place:10 points
-2nd place:6 points
-3rd place:3 points
-4th place:1 point
Depending on the ammount of fighters who have signed up or have been invited to join, a knock out system will be organized of 16 or 32 players (or more). The duellists table of matchs will be posted here when sign up limit is reached.
The matches will proceed as follows: 2 players agree to a time and date for their duel, and come to an agreement for which type of weapons to use (up to 2 weapons max), and static or running weapon. If an agreement is not reached, a referee from U clan will define which one(s) to use.
All three should be equipped with a live/hotmail/msn/xfire/vent account to discuss in group chat these details. The U duellists gamemode (81.167.157.3:7766) will be used for the championship, though the duellists may agree to another choice of server.
The duels themselves will be FIRST TO 5 fights. (5-0 being the best result)
Both players may agree beforehand to stick to one or two weapons for entire match, though each duel can be fought with a different set of weapons.
Rules: no flaming or complaining. If a player is bugged, you must report this (for the sake of your own pride and honour) and the round will be restarted. C bug and quick reload allowed (infinite ammo is not, hacks of course unacceptable). A duel round will be cancelled if a player shoots before both are ready, or ref has screened "FIGHT".
